Ride-on toys, RC models and powered play equipment share one characteristic: the current draw is far higher than the size of the battery suggests, and it arrives in bursts.
Current, not capacity, sizes the pack
A motor under load, and particularly at the moment it starts or stalls, draws several times its nominal running current. A pack sized only on capacity will have a BMS that trips at exactly the moment the toy is being used hardest — which reads to the user as a flat battery.
We size the cell configuration and the BMS to the peak the motor actually pulls, then confirm the capacity gives the runtime you want.
Replacing lead-acid in ride-on toys
Many ride-on toys ship with a small sealed lead-acid battery. A lithium replacement at the same nominal voltage is usually a straightforward improvement — considerably lighter, longer runtime for the same size, and far more charge cycles. The charger must be changed with it; a lead-acid charger on a lithium pack is not safe.

The equipment and what it does, the voltage, the space available, and a photo of the existing battery and connector. If you know the motor rating, include it — it lets us size the BMS properly the first time.
