What to send us
The quicker route is almost always a photo. If you are replacing a battery, send a picture of the old pack, its label and the connector — that is usually enough for us to identify the voltage, capacity and chemistry and quote without any measurements from you.
If you are specifying something new, the four things that matter most are: what the battery has to power, the voltage it needs, roughly how long it has to run, and the maximum space it can occupy.
