I do not know the specification — can you still help?
Yes. Send a photo of the old battery, its label and the connector, plus what the equipment is. We work the specification out from there and confirm it with you before building anything.
Should I choose Li-ion or LiFePO4?
Li-ion gives more capacity in less space and weight — the usual choice where the battery compartment is tight. LiFePO4 runs cooler, tolerates heat better and lasts far more charge cycles, which makes it the normal choice for solar, standby power and anything installed outdoors in Malaysia. Tell us the application and we will recommend one.
Can you match the original connector and dimensions?
Yes. Send the old pack or a clear photo of it, including the plug and any label. We rebuild to fit the existing compartment and to plug straight into your equipment.
Can I order a single sample before a batch?
Yes — we build single packs so you can test one in your own equipment before committing to a larger order. Message us with your specification and we will confirm the cost and timing for a sample.
