What we actually build

Every pack is the same five things, arranged around your voltage, your current and the space you have.

    Enclosure

    PVC shrink wrap, a plastic case or a metal housing, sized to the compartment the pack has to sit in.

  2. 2
    Protection board (BMS)

    Chosen for your continuous and peak current, with over-charge, over-discharge, over-current and short-circuit protection. Balance leads run to every series group.

  3. 3
    Nickel strip, spot welded

    Welded rather than soldered: the joint carries the current without putting sustained heat into the cell.

  4. 4
    Cell block

    18650, 21700, 32700 or 32650 cells in Li-ion or LiFePO4, arranged in series for the voltage and in parallel for the capacity and current.

  5. 5
    Leads and connector

    Wire gauge sized to the current, length to suit the installation, and the plug your equipment already uses.

I do not know the specification — can you still help?
Yes. Send a photo of the old battery, its label and the connector, plus what the equipment is. We work the specification out from there and confirm it with you before building anything.
Should I choose Li-ion or LiFePO4?
Li-ion gives more capacity in less space and weight — the usual choice where the battery compartment is tight. LiFePO4 runs cooler, tolerates heat better and lasts far more charge cycles, which makes it the normal choice for solar, standby power and anything installed outdoors in Malaysia. Tell us the application and we will recommend one.
Can you match the original connector and dimensions?
Yes. Send the old pack or a clear photo of it, including the plug and any label. We rebuild to fit the existing compartment and to plug straight into your equipment.
Can I order a single sample before a batch?
Yes — we build single packs so you can test one in your own equipment before committing to a larger order. Message us with your specification and we will confirm the cost and timing for a sample.
