About Us

TSP New Energy Technology Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian company that designs and assembles custom lithium battery packs, and supplies energy storage equipment to customers across the country.

Most of what we build is made to order. A customer arrives with a piece of equipment, a battery compartment of a fixed size, a voltage and a runtime they need — and often an original battery that is no longer available. We select the cells and the BMS, work out the series and parallel arrangement that fits the space, build the pack, test it under charge and discharge, and inspect it before it ships.

What we do

• Custom lithium battery packs — Li-ion and LiFePO4, with the voltage, capacity, discharge current, dimensions, BMS, wiring and connectors specified around the application.
• Battery replacement and upgrades — rebuilds for equipment whose original pack is discontinued, worn out, or was never good enough to begin with.
• OEM and ODM production — pack design, cell configuration, BMS selection, assembly, testing and labelling under a customer's own brand, from a single sample to a production batch.
• Energy storage and solar — residential backup, commercial and industrial storage, off-grid solar, inverters and battery cabinets, sized to the real load and operating hours.

Working with us

You do not need a full specification to start. If you are replacing an existing battery, a photo of the old pack, its label and its connector is usually enough for us to work out what to build and quote it. If you are designing something new, tell us what the battery has to power, how long it has to run and how much space there is.

We are based in Malaysia, so enquiries are answered in local hours by the people who build the packs — not by an overseas agent.
