We build lithium battery packs for companies that sell them on under their own name — equipment makers, lighting brands, solar installers and distributors.

What OEM and ODM cover

• Pack design — cell selection, series and parallel configuration, and a physical layout that fits the enclosure you already have.
• BMS selection — matched to your continuous and peak discharge current, with over-charge, over-discharge, over-current and short-circuit protection, and balancing on multi-series packs.
• Assembly — spot welding, wiring, connector fitting and enclosure work in PVC shrink wrap, plastic case or metal.
• Testing — charge and discharge testing on every pack, followed by final inspection.
• Labelling and packaging — your own branding, model numbers and specification labels.

Samples before batches

We build single samples so you can put a pack into your own product and test it before committing to a production quantity. Send us the specification, or the battery you are currently using, and we will confirm what we would build, what it would cost and how long it would take.
