Working out which one
Add the wattage of what you intend to run and multiply by the hours you need it. That number, in watt-hours, is what you are buying. Two things routinely break the estimate: anything that heats, and anything with a compressor — a kettle can draw more than the 1.2kW unit can deliver, and a portable fridge draws modestly but continuously.
Charging from solar
If solar is the main charging route rather than an occasional top-up, the panel has to be sized to recover what you use each day. An undersized panel does not fail obviously — the pack simply drifts down over several days until it runs out. Tell us the intended use and we will size the panel with it.
