One of the pack configurations we build regularly, shown here as an example of construction rather than as a customer case study.
Configuration
| Chemistry | Lithium-ion, 18650 cells |
|---|---|
| Nominal voltage | 3.7V |
| Capacity | 13000mAh |
| Arrangement | Single series, multiple cells in parallel |
| Protection | Board fitted for over-charge, over-discharge, over-current and short circuit |
| Enclosure | PVC shrink wrap with specification label |
| Output | Flying leads, connector to suit the application |
How it is built
Cells are matched and arranged, nickel strip is welded to form the parallel block, the protection board is fitted and wired, output leads and connector are attached, and the finished pack is shrink-wrapped and labelled. Every pack is charged and discharged before it ships.
Building a variant
The same construction scales to other capacities and to multi-series voltages. If this is close to what you need but the voltage, capacity or physical shape is different, tell us the target and the space available and we will build to it.

Send us the voltage, capacity, discharge current and the space you have — or a photo of the battery you are replacing. We will come back with a specification and a price.
