12V, 24V and 48V Lithium Battery Packs

Multi-series packs for equipment, backup and storage

Most equipment that used to run on lead-acid runs on one of these three voltages, and most of our multi-series work sits here. We build to the nominal voltage your equipment expects, not to a catalogue size.

The two numbers that decide the build

Voltage sets the number of cells in series. Continuous current sets how many strings run in parallel and which BMS goes in. Of the two, current is the one customers most often leave out — and it is the one that determines whether the pack works under load or trips.

If you are replacing a lead-acid battery, note that its rated capacity is not directly comparable. A lead-acid battery is not meant to be taken below roughly half its capacity, while a lithium pack can use most of what it stores. A smaller lithium pack frequently delivers more usable energy than the lead-acid it replaces.

What we handle

  • Series and parallel configuration for the voltage and current you specify
  • BMS selection sized to continuous and peak draw, with balancing across the string
  • Physical layout built to the compartment you have
  • Wiring, connector and terminal type matched to the existing equipment
  • Charge and discharge testing on every pack before it leaves

What to send us

The equipment, the voltage, the runtime you need, the current it draws under load, the maximum space available, and a photo of the existing battery and its connector if there is one. That is enough for us to come back with a configuration and a price.

Need this built to your own specification?

Send us the voltage, capacity, discharge current and the space you have — or a photo of the battery you are replacing. We will come back with a specification and a price.
